Simplicity is a FREE fantasy roleplaying game that allows you and your friends to create fictional adventures in a fantasy world. By design, the Simplicity system is easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to master. Everything you need to know about your character exists on a single simple sheet.
Simplicity uses a design and evolution system that allows you to develop your character as you see fit. By default, no races or classes exist in Simplicity. How you roleplay your character defines who they are more than the numbers on your character sheet.
Other game systems get bogged down in details that, more often than not, slow the action at your game table to a crawl. Simplicity plays quickly and smoothly, allowing you to focus on the story of your game and not the mechanics!

With this single 48-page book and a little imagination, you can play the Simplicity Fantasy Roleplaying Game for years without the need to purchase costly supplements or subscribe to a monthly online service.

SIMPLICITY OPTIONAL RULES - FREE DOWNLOAD!
The Simplicity Optional Rules are just what their name implies. They are optional rules that you may use with the Simplicity Fantasy Roleplaying Game. They are in no way required to play the game. Because of their smallish size and the fact they they’re almost always changing, the optional rules aren’t available in print form, but like the Simplicity Core Rulebook, they are still downloadable in PDF form.

It’s certainly possible to play Simplicity using just a sheet of notebook paper, but if you’re looking for something a little nicer, try one of the character sheets below. They’re not flashy, but they are functional.
